the second link sounds exactly what I've seen with ojdbc6.jar and classes12.zip and how it appears just the first time he agent runs (for a while). Unfortunately they closed the ticket, chalking it up to "user error" and I can't find anything related to "JUYA7YXCY6". Ugh...
